RCM-1(CAT: I019980), as a forkhead box M1 (FOXM1) inhibitor, inhibits the activity of FOXM1, a transcription factor involved in cell proliferation and tumorigenesis. RCM-1 has demonstrated an EC50 of 0.72 μM in U2OS cells and effectively blocks the nuclear localization of FOXM1, leading to increased proteasomal degradation of the protein.
