(S)-Lisofylline ((S)-Lisophylline)) is a kind of lisofline (LSF) enantiomer with optical activity. (S)-Lisofylline can interconversion with pentoxifylline[1][2].
(S)-Lisofylline ((S)-Lisophylline) can interconversion with pentoxifylline in human hemolytic erythrocytes[2].
(S)-Lisofylline (50 mg/kg; i.v.; single dose) shows higher content in liver, kidney and lung of mice, but lower in serum[2].
