sAJM589(Cat No.:I018145) is a potent Myc inhibitor that disrupts the formation of Myc-Max heterodimers. It exhibits an inhibitory concentration (IC50) of 1.8 μM. By preventing the association of Myc with Max, sAJM589 interferes with the transcriptional activity of the Myc protein, which is involved in cell growth and proliferation. The inhibition of Myc-Max heterodimerization by sAJM589 represents a potential therapeutic strategy for targeting Myc-driven cancers and other diseases associated with dysregulated Myc signaling.
