SB-209670 (Cat.No:I008733) is a endothelin receptor antagonist. SB 209670 inhibits the arrhythmogenic actions of endothelin-1 in the anesthetized dog. SB 209670 selectively antagonize vascular endothelial versus vascular smooth muscle ET(B)-receptor activity in the rat.
