SD-36(Cat No.:I036158) is a potent PROTAC (proteolysis-targeting chimera) that selectively degrades STAT3 protein. In both in vitro and in vivo studies, SD-36 efficiently induces the degradation of STAT3 protein. Notably, it exhibits higher selectivity for STAT3 compared to other members of the STAT family. The degradation of STAT3 by SD-36 results in significant repression of its transcriptional network in leukemia and lymphoma cells.
