SecinH3（Cat No.:I010278） is a selective inhibitor of cytosines, a family of guanine nucleotide exchange factors (GEFs) involved in cellular signaling pathways. It exhibits inhibitory activity with IC50 values of 2.4 μM for hCyh2, 5.4 μM for hCyh1 and mCyh3, and 5.6 μM for hCyh3 and drosophila steppe. However, it shows lower potency with an IC50 of 65 μM for yGea2-S7.
