<p>It is a sedative and an anticonvulsant.</p><p>It causes hypothermia and has estrogenic activity.</p><br />Quinoline alkaloid<!–C<SUB>14</SUB>H<SUB>13</SUB>NO<SUB>4</SUB>–>, from plants of the Rutaceae family</br><p>100-300 mg/kg (p.o.) inhibit motor-activity, decrease the excitatory action of <strong>Phenamine </strong>and <strong>Caffeine</strong>, decrease the convulsant action of <strong>Corazole </strong>and <strong>Strychnine</strong>, increase the action of soporifics, lower the body temperature and inhibit provoked aggressiveness.</p><p>Its estrogenic activity is effective at 30-50 mg/kg during 3 days.</p></br>
