Sm4 is a SOX18 inhibitor. Sm4 shows SOX18-DNA binding inhibitory activity. Sm4 selectively affects SOX18 transcriptional output in vitro. Sm4 blocks SoxF transcriptional activity in vivo. Sm4 can be used for cancer metastasis and vascular cancers research[1].
