Sovilnesib (AMG 650) is a potent, orally active kinesin-like protein KIF18A inhibitor with an IC50 value of 0.071 μM. Sovilnesib can be used for the research of cancer[1][2].
Sovilnesib (AMG 650; 0-10 pM; 96 and 144 h; cancer cell lines) has anti-proliferative activity and inhibits tumor cell growth in a dose-dependent manner[1].
Sovilnesib (AMG 650; 10-100 mg/kg; p.o. daily, for 45 d; female nude mice without thymus with OVCAR-3 xenografts) inhibits tumor growth, Lasting tumor regression and cure occurred in 50% of the animals, Sovilnesib has no apparent toxicity[1].
