SP 600125 (Item No. <span class=/itemid/>10010466</span>) is a selective, cell-permeable, reversible inhibitor of JNK isoforms 1-3 with K<sub>i</sub> values of 0.19 μM. SP 600125, negative control is a methylated analog of SP 600125 that has much lower affinity for JNK isoforms (IC<sub>50</sub>s = 18 and 24 µM for JNK2 and JNK3, respectively).
