Spermine NONOate is a complex of nitric oxide (NO) with spermine and acts as a NO donor. Spermine NONOate can be used for NO aqueous solutions preparing[1].
Spermine NONOate has a half-life of 39 minutes and 230 minutes at 37°C and 22-25°C, respectively[1].
