Srctide(CAT: I040808) is a synthetic peptide substrate commonly used in kinase assays to study the activity of Src family tyrosine kinases, including c-Src, Fyn, and Lck. The sequence of Srctide (commonly EGIYGEFEAKKKK) mimics the consensus phosphorylation site recognized by Src kinases, making it a reliable substrate for measuring phosphorylation rates in biochemical studies.
