SRI-43265 (Cat No.: I040010), also known as compound 40, is a small-molecule inhibitor targeting the dimerization of human antigen R (HuR) protein, an RNA-binding protein involved in mRNA stability and translation. HuR multimers have been implicated in the pathogenesis of cancer and inflammatory diseases. By disrupting HuR dimerization, SRI-43265 may interfere with HuR-mediated post-transcriptional regulation, offering potential therapeutic applications in oncology and inflammatory conditions.
