STAT3-IN-1(Cat No.:I018807), also known as compound 7d, is a highly selective and orally active inhibitor of STAT3 (signal transducer and activator of transcription 3). It demonstrates potent inhibitory activity against STAT3 with IC50 values of 1.82 μM in HT29 cells and 2.14 μM in MDA-MB 231 cells. By targeting STAT3, this compound can induce apoptosis in tumor cells. These findings suggest that STAT3-IN-1 holds potential as a therapeutic agent for cancer treatment by inhibiting STAT3 signaling and promoting tumor cell death.
