Sulfo-Cy7.5 NHS ester(Cat No.:I043072)is a fluorescent dye commonly used in bioimaging and molecular biology applications. It contains a sulfonate group, making it water-soluble, and the NHS ester reactive group, which allows it to covalently bind to amine-containing molecules, such as proteins, peptides, or antibodies. Once conjugated, the dye emits fluorescence in the near-infrared (NIR) region, typically around 780 nm, making it useful for non-invasive imaging in vivo. Sulfo-Cy7.5 NHS ester is widely used in fluorescence-based detection, flow cytometry, and in vivo imaging studies for tracking and quantifying biomolecular interactions.
