Tau ASO-12 (murine) (sodium) (Cat No.: I041016) is an antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) designed to selectively bind and reduce Tau mRNA expression in murine models. By targeting Tau, a microtubule-associated protein implicated in neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s and frontotemporal dementia, this ASO facilitates the study of Tau-related pathology and therapeutic interventions. The sodium salt form improves stability and solubility for in vivo and in vitro applications. Tau ASO-12 is a valuable research tool for studying Tau suppression. For research use only.
