TC-G 1004 (Cat.No:I010949) is a potent antagonist of adenosine A<sub>2A</sub> receptors; displays >100-fold selectivity for A<sub>2A</sub> over A<sub>1</sub> receptors (K<sub>i</sub> values are 0.44 and 85 nM respectively). Potentiates L-DOPA-induced rotational behavior in 6-OHDA-lesioned rats.
