TCH-165(CAT: I017422) is a tetrahydroisoquinoline-based drug that selectively inhibits the phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4) enzyme. By inhibiting PDE4, TCH-165 has the potential to be used as a treatment for inflammatory diseases such as asthma, COPD, and IBD. In preclinical studies, TCH-165 has shown potent anti-inflammatory activity in various disease models. However, further clinical development is needed to determine its safety and efficacy in humans. TCH-165 should only be used for research purposes.
