Tecastemizole (Cat No.: I037073) is a long-acting, second-generation antihistamine and a prodrug of astemizole. It selectively inhibits H₁ histamine receptors, reducing allergic symptoms such as rhinitis and urticaria while minimizing sedation due to its poor penetration into the central nervous system.
