TH34(Cat No.:I019107) is a compound that acts as an inhibitor of histone deacetylases 6, 8, and 10, with IC50 values of 4.6 μM, 1.9 μM, and 7.7 μM, respectively. It demonstrates high selectivity towards these HDAC isoforms compared to HDAC1, HDAC2, and HDAC3. Studies have shown that TH34 induces programmed cell death in neuroblastoma cells through the activation of caspases, which are enzymes involved in the apoptosis pathway. Additionally, TH34 can cause cell cycle arrest in neuroblastoma cells. These findings suggest that TH34 holds potential as a therapeutic agent for the treatment of neuroblastoma and potentially other cancers.
