Tretinoin(Cat No.:A000187), also known as all-trans retinoic acid, is a derivative of vitamin A widely used in dermatology to treat acne and photoaged skin. By promoting cell turnover and preventing the formation of microcomedones, tretinoin clears pores and reduces acne breakouts. It also stimulates collagen production, improving skin texture and reducing fine lines, making it effective for anti-aging treatments. Tretinoin is used in oncology as well, particularly in the treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL), where it induces differentiation of malignant cells. Its versatility makes tretinoin a valuable therapeutic agent in both dermatology and oncology.
