Tyrosine decarboxylase, Microorganism (TDC) widely exists in plants, insects and different microorganisms, and is often used in biochemical research. Tyrosine decarboxylase is a pyridoxal 5′-phosphate (PLP)-dependent decarboxylase that catalyzes the removal of carboxyl groups from tyrosine to produce tyramine and carbon dioxide[1].
