UC-514321(Cat No.:I017177) is a potent inhibitor of the transcription factors STAT3/5 and suppresses the expression of the TET1 gene in acute myeloid leukemia (AML). It is a structural analog of NSC370284 and has a higher activity against AML cells in vitro and in vivo with low toxicity. UC-514321 directly binds to STAT3/5, inhibits their phosphorylation, and reduces their nuclear translocation, leading to the downregulation of downstream genes involved in AML pathogenesis.
