Unesbulin (Cat No.: I018285), also known as PTC596, is a second-generation BMI-1 inhibitor that can accelerate the degradation of BMI-1. PTC596 downregulates MCL-1 and induces p53-dependent mitochondrial apoptosis. Mantle cell lymphoma cells were treated for 72 hours with IC50 of 68-340nM.
