UZH2 is a potent and selective METTL3 inhibitor with an IC50 value of 5 nM.
UZH2 (compound 22) (0-25 μM, 1 h) stabilizes METTL3 in a dosedependent manner at 54 °C， with an EC50 of 0.85 μM in MOLM-13 cells[1].
UZH2 (16 h) reduces m6A/A ratio in polyadenylated RNA in MOLM-13 and PC-3 cells，with the EC50 of 0.7 and 2.5 μM, respectively[1].
