VAS3947(Cat No.:I037973)is a potent and specific inhibitor of NADPH oxidase activity, with low micromolar concentrations sufficient for its action, without interfering with ROS detection or the activities of XOD or eNOS. In other words, VAS3947 selectively targets NADPH oxidase, an enzyme that produces reactive oxygen species (ROS), while leaving other important cellular processes unaffected. This makes VAS3947 a promising candidate for the treatment of diseases related to ROS production, such as cardiovascular disease and inflammation.
