VU0238429 (Cat No.:I010797) is the first positive allosteric modulator of muscarinicacetyl cholinereceptorsubtype5, with an EC50 value of 1.16μM for M5, and an EC50 of more than 30μM for M1 and M3. VU0238429 showed no enhancer activity against M2 and M4.
