WEHI-539（Cat No.:I038279） is a compound that exhibits a high affinity (IC50=1.1 nM) and selectivity for BCL-XL, a member of the prosurvival BCL-2 family. By selectively antagonizing the prosurvival activity of BCL-XL, WEHI-539 demonstrates potent cell-killing properties.
