WNK463（Cat No.:I002543） is a pan-inhibitor of WNK kinases. WNK463 potently inhibits the activities of four kinases of the WNK family (WNK1, WNK2, WNK3, and WNK4) in vitro. WNK463 can also inhibit the phosphorylation of WNK1-catalyzed WNK substrates of Chemicalbook, and inhibit OSR1 (oxidative stress response) in biochemical experiments and HEK293 cells expressing exogenous OSR1 and activated by sorbitol-mediated osmotic stress.
