XZ739 (CAT: I015276) is a CRBN-dependent PROTAC BCL-XL degrader, exhibiting potent activity against various cancer cell lines. In MOLT-4 cells, XZ739 demonstrates a DC50 value of 2.5 nM after 16 hours of treatment, leading to the degradation of BCL-XL protein. XZ739 displays strong antiproliferative effects, reducing the viability of T-ALL MOLT-4, B-ALL RS4; 11, SCLC NCI-H146 cells, and platelets with IC50 values of 10.1, 41.8, 25.3, and 1217 nM, respectively, after 48 hours of treatment. The degradation of BCL-XL by XZ739 occurs rapidly within 2 hours, with over 96% degradation observed after 8 hours of treatment with 100 nM XZ739 in MOLT-4 cells. Furthermore, XZ739 induces cell death through caspase-mediated apoptosis.
