Zofenopril calcium (Cat No.: I004970) is a long-acting ACE inhibitor containing a sulfhydryl group in its chemical structural formula. It is a prodrug with lipophilicity and is hydrolyzed into a free sulfhydryl Zofen by esterase in vivo. Puli exerts its medicinal effect. Due to the effect of mercapto groups, it has stronger antioxidant properties. In addition to the effect of general ACEI in treating hypertension and congestive heart failure, it also has a unique effect on myocardial infarction.
