1 Earn Rewards through Purchases

1.1 For every cumulative spend of $5,000, you will be eligible to redeem either a $150 voucher or a $50 E-Amazon gift card. The following two examples could help you understand this rule better.

Example 1: Customer A places an order worth $4,000 on Jan 10^th, 2025, and a following order worth $3,000 on Jan 28^th, 2025. According to the rule, A can use the $5000 order amount to redeem either a $150 voucher or a $50 E-Amazon gift card. The remaining $2,000 order amount will be recorded. If A spends an additional $3000 in the future, then another $150 voucher or $50 E-Amazon gift card could be redeemed. 

Example 2: Customer B places an order worth $19,000 on Feb 10^th, 2025. According to the rule, B can use the $15,000 order amount to redeem either three $150 vouchers or three $50 E-Amazon gift cards. The remaining $4,000 order amount will be recorded. If B spends an additional $1000 in the future, then another $150 voucher or $50 E-Amazon gift card could be redeemed. 

1.2 For customers with cumulative spend below $5,000, we will randomly select 5 lucky customers at the end of 2025 who will have the opportunity to receive a $100 voucher or a $25 E-Amazon gift card.

1.3 If you spend $30,000, $50,000, $70,000, $100,000 and more cumulatively, you will unlock an extra reward. Starting from the year of 2025, if you spend $30,000 cumulatively in MuseChem, you can get an extra 1% reward of the order amount for your next and future orders. If you spend $50,000 cumulatively, you can get an extra 2% reward of the order amount for your next and future orders. If you spend $70,000 cumulatively, you can get an extra 3% reward of the order amount for your next and future orders. If you spend $100,000 and more cumulatively, you can get an extra 5% reward of the order amount for your next and future orders. Please note that this reward will be issued to you in the form of an E-Amazon gift card.

 

2 Refer a Friend

We greatly appreciate your referrals! For every new customer you recommend who places a successful order, both of you will receive a reward. Please refer to the detailed information below.

2.1 For the Referrer: You’ll receive a $25 E-Amazon gift card after the recommended customer successfully places an order. The E-Amazon gift card can only be redeemed and used on Amazon in the United States .To qualify for referral rewards, the referred customer must complete a confirmed purchase. After the order is completed, Musechem team will contact you to give the reward.

2.2 For the New Customer: The new customer can get a 15% discount for the first order. Please note that in order to qualify for this discount, the new customer must provide the referrer’s name and email address when submitting their inquiry. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, so choose the discount that works best for you!

 

3 Holiday Vouchers

During the holiday season, we’ll be gifting vouchers of varying amounts to our valued customers as part of our special holiday promotions. Keep an eye on your inbox or our web for exclusive holiday offers, and we hope these vouchers could add a little extra joy to your celebrations!

 

Here are the usage regulations for the voucher and E-Amazon gift card. All vouchers and gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

For the voucher: The vouchers can be used for future orders and are valid for six months from the date of issue. Please note that only one voucher may be used per order. This offer cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts, so choose the discount that works best for you.

For the E-Amazon gift card: The E-Amazon gift card can only be redeemed and used on Amazon in the United States.
